The Opportunity

FOCO is seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to support and grow strategic retail and wholesale partnerships throughout the UK and Europe.

This role is responsible for managing key customer relationships, driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting long‑term account development across licensed sports and entertainment merchandise categories.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment, enjoys working closely with retail partners, and has a passion for sports, football culture, and consumer products.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and develop relationships with key retail and wholesale accounts across the UK and Europe
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and account support to drive long‑term partnerships
  • Support seasonal product presentations, sales meetings, and merchandising initiatives
  • Ensure strong communication and follow‑through across all customer interactions
Sales Growth & Business Development
  • Support territory and account sales strategies aligned with FOCO’s commercial objectives
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand product placement
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities within assigned markets
  • Monitor account performance and help drive profitable sales growth
  • Represent officially licensed merchandise across English Football League clubs, European Football properties, NFL, NBA, etc and Entertainment brands
  • Support key retail launches, seasonal programs, and promotional opportunities
  • Partner with customers to maximize fan engagement and sell‑through performance
  • Monitor sales trends, retail performance, and customer feedback

    Provide reporting and insights to internal teams and leadership
  • Stay informed on competitor activity, retail trends, and sports merchandising opportunities
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed for customer meetings, presentations, trade events, and account reviews
  • Represent FOCO professionally at industry events and partner meetings
What You’ll Bring Required
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, wholesale, or retail partnerships
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and customer success
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Sales)
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
Preferred
  • Experience with in sports merchandise, consumer products, apparel, or licensed products
  • Knowledge of UK and European retail markets
  • Passion for football, sports, and fan culture
