Position: Experience Sales Negotiator

Location:

St Albans

Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) OTE £50,000

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Every other Saturday 9am - 5pm

Licence & Own Car Required

An opportunity has arisen to join a distinguished estate agency as a Sales Negotiator in the lovely area of St Albans. With a legacy spanning over 50 years, this esteemed organisation, with branches across Hertfordshire and London, is renowned for its expertise in Residential, Commercial, New Home, and Land sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and vendors
  • Fully qualify applicants, gaining a thorough understanding of their motivation for search to design the best possible tour
  • Organise and attend viewings
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Negotiate terms and coordinate sales to completion
  • Assess buyers' financial position and refer them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors
  • Remain proactive throughout the conveyancing process (instigating surveys and chasing documentation)
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain applicant database
