Lotus Natural Foods, the healthy snacking division of Lotus Bakeries, manages a portfolio of five remarkable brands – BEAR, TREK, nakd, Kiddylicious and Peter’s Yard – each with a distinct proposition and role within our business. We aim for sustainable long‑term growth and believe that taste and quality are the cornerstones of our brand leadership.

  • Devise and deliver exceptional business plans with key customers, ensuring sales of our products are maximised at key trading periods.
  • Manage P&L and forecasting of assigned accounts and deliver value, volume and GP% metrics.
  • Build unrivalled cross‑functional relationships with key customer contacts across buying, supply chain, category & format teams.
  • Work with the Category Manager to deliver insights that drive significant business benefit.
  • Deliver top‑class visibility and penetration through bringing BEAR alive in stores (POS, secondary displays, samplings) and online.
  • Utilise customer systems to maximise our sales including influencing availability, compliance, promotion management.
  • Collaborate with the BEAR field sales team to ensure delivery of strong local activation.
Profile

Alongside living our TOP values, we are looking for someone who:

• Likely an existing National Account Manager with experience of working on Grocery accounts, or a National Account Executive seeking the next step up.

  • Resilience and tenacity – obstacles don’t hold you back and you work effectively when faced with a tough buyer or tricky negotiation.
  • Analytical – you are all over the data and can bring new and relevant insights on your accounts.
  • Great relationship builder – you are personable and have a collaborative attitude to working with the buyer, getting the result we need for BEAR in a responsible and natural manner.
  • A natural BEAR – you are a great fit for the team.

A couple of things that are not essential but would be nice to have:

  • Experience in snack/cereal category.
  • Online and Digital sales experience.
