Business Development Manager – Plumbing & Heating Systems
Area to be covered:
London & South East (3 days road / 2 days office based in St Albans)
Remuneration: £55,000 - £60,000 + £15,000 bonus
Benefits: £5,000 car allowance & standard company benefits
Responsibilities- Sell a range of underfloor heating systems to main contractors, plumbing & heating contractors, M&E contractors, house builders & developers.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline to achieve new business sales targets.
- Progressively target architects & M&E consultants as market avenues.
- Turnover target to be confirmed.
- Sales experience in the HVAC or plumbing & heating market sector, ideally with a manufacturer.
- Experience selling to main contractors, plumbing & heating contractors, M&E contractors, house builders & developers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
