As a Trainee Sales Associate, you’ll be right at the heart of what we do — helping to sell some of the finest homes in the area, building lasting relationships, and playing a real part in our clients’ journeys. You’ll learn the business from the ground up, gaining hands‑on experience alongside a senior team who have been successfully operating locally for over 20 years.

• Supporting property sales
• Meeting buyers and sellers
• Arranging and carrying out viewings
• Learning how negotiations work in the real world
• Helping to generate new business and promote our homes
