Hospitality Business Developments Manager – Art Consultancy & Interiors

Remuneration: £45,000 – £60,000 plus uncapped commission

• Promote innovative art design & consultancy services to the high‑end/premium hospitality sector.
• Sell to designers, contractors, operators, hotel chains, and brand owners.
• Handle projects ranging from £10k to £500k+; examples include Hilton hotels, Radisson, Four Seasons, Hard Rock Hotels, Heathrow, etc.
• Achieve first‑year turnover target of £1m.
• Generate new business relationships while maintaining existing ones.
• Utilise support from a dedicated team.

• Business development experience in interiors or premier/luxury sectors within hospitality.
• Robust network of contacts (black book).
• Design‑led sales background and knowledge.
• Autonomous, driven, and excellent territory planning skills.
• Vibrant, fresh, and enthusiastic.
• Willingness to consider other routes to market such as cruise ships.
