The role involves managing your own client base and providing an excellent service to their customers which is what they have built their reputation on.
The role involves:- Managing the client base and dealing with inbound calls and queries
- Fault diagnosis and contacting the relevant teams to resolve
- Dealing with customer and dealer enquiries
- Customer retention currently 99%
- Managing the customer expectation
If you live within easy commuting distance of Redbourn, Herts, have at least 3 years experience of working as an Account Manager within Telecoms and want a company where you can stay and grow
