Overview
Warner Bros. Discovery Studio Tour is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support retail operations across warehousing, order management, fulfilment, and packing. You will help ensure a spellbinding experience for customers at our Studio Tour locations and online shop.
Your Role Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and log deliveries to the warehouse
- Maintain accurate records for incoming and outgoing stock
- Replenish and store inventory following company procedures (including using machinery at height)
- Pick and pack orders for retail stores and ecommerce customers
- Personalise and wrap online orders to a high standard
- Report stock discrepancies or order issues to management
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and secure
- Conduct machinery and vehicle checks, reporting faults promptly
- Deliver stock to our London and Leavesden locations
- £15.23 per hour

- Comfortable working at heights up to 10m (annual safety training provided)
- Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move boxes
- Clear and confident communicator
- Commercial awareness (e.g. understanding peak retail periods)
- Team player with a flexible, proactive attitude
- Strong prioritisation and problem-solving skills
- Basic IT proficiency
- 40-hour working week, in a shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, with varying start and finish times
- You will be required to work 1 in every 4 weekends, subject to change during peak times
- No night work required
- Onsite Working — all hours and days will be carried out at the place of work
