BayCare Customer Communications Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first contact for inquiries across hospitals

• Transfer calls to the appropriate departments seamlessly

• Monitor alarm systems and announce alarms as needed

• Maintain logs of emergency response situations accurately

• Follow established procedures for emergency dispatch

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or emergency response

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools

• Complete necessary emergency response training

• Capable of critical thinking and multitasking

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
