Lead groundbreaking clinical trials with Bay Care Health System as a Clinical Research Coordinator eph's Hospital. Utilize your expertise to facilitate protocol development and ensure compliance.

In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing clinical trials in line with federal and state regulations under the guidance of the Principal Investigator. Your skills will include screening participants, maintaining regulatory documents, and managing data through electronic systems. You will also support team growth by mentoring new members, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of research operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement clinical trials as per study protocols

• Facilitate protocol development and trial feasibility assessments

• Screen and recruit study participants effectively

• Ensure compliance with regulatory documents and IRB reports

• Mentor new team members on processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience

• Familiarity with EDC systems and reporting adverse events

• Capacity to work independently and exercise sound judgment

• Relevant certifications (CRC, CCRC) preferred
