ICU Registered Nurse at BayCare

Bay Care is seeking a full-time ICU Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will independently manage ICU patients, delegating tasks and coordinating care while monitoring vitals. The position demands a commitment to professional excellence and emotional intelligence to ensure a supportive environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care using nursing processes and standards

• Monitor and update care team on patient assessments

• Respond to medical emergencies for critical care patients

• Delegate tasks to other health care team members

• Document discharge planning for continuity of care

Requirements:

• Current RN (Registered Nurse) License

• 1-year ICU experience in an Acute Care setting

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Diploma or higher in Nursing, Bachelor’s preferred

• High emotional intelligence for patient interactions
