Location: St. Josephs Cove
Advance your nursing career as a full-time Pediatric ER Registered Nurse with Bay Care, serving children overnight in Tampa. Be an integral part of compassionate healthcare in the ER.
eph's Hospital, your clinical skills will be pivotal in delivering care to pediatric patients in need. You will independently manage patient care, track vitals, and respond to emergencies within a supportive team structure. We emphasize emotional intelligence to enhance patient interactions and foster a healing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer comprehensive care to pediatric patients
• Monitor and document all patient vitals and assessments
• Collaborate with families on care plans and updates
• Respond effectively to pediatric medical emergencies
• Delegate tasks in alignment with clinical standards
Requirements:
• Active RN license in Florida
• Diploma, associate's, or bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 1-year ER experience preferred
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Availability for every other weekend shifts
