Help shape the future of patient care as a Hemodialysis Registered Nurse at Bay Care in Tampa, Florida. Deliver compassionate and high-quality nursing care every day in a full-time capacity.
This position eph's Hospital involves direct patient care for individuals undergoing Hemodialysis. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for overseeing dialysis patients and collaborating closely with a dedicated healthcare team. Shifts are from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM and require flexible availability, including every other weekend and on-call duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide dedicated care to a specified group of dialysis patients
• Lead the nursing process in patient management
• Delegate tasks effectively within the healthcare team
• Ensure patient needs are met throughout their recovery
• Maintain adherence to clinical standards and protocols
Requirements:
• Must possess a valid RN license and nursing diploma
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• At least 1-year RN experience in Acute Care Hemodialysis
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS required
• Reliable commitment to in-person patient care
