Detailed description

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic volunteers to support us throughout the day in raising awareness of our vital work. Whether you’re a people person, a fundraising whizz, or just want to lend a hand—we’d love to have you on the team!

What You'll Be Doing:

Distribute leaflets – Help us spread the word about One YMCA and the services we provide.

Engage with attendees – Chat with event-goers and share how One YMCA supports local communities.

Support fundraising – Work alongside Oaklands College students to sell raffle tickets and raise funds.

Promote our mission – Encourage others to get involved and support our cause.

Share impact stats – Inspire others with powerful facts about our work.

Assist with event setup & pack down – Depending on your shift, help get everything ready or close the day on a high!

8:00am – 11:00am (Setup)

11:00am – 1:00pm

1:00pm – 4:00pm

4:00pm – 6:00pm (Pack Down)
