We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Placement Administrator to join the School of Medicine's teaching support team. Working closely with the placement group,academic colleagues, students, and our NHS partners, the post holder will help support the effective delivery of high-quality placement experiences across allour undergraduate medical programmes.
The Placement Administrator will contribute to a collaborative team responsible for the planning,coordination, and administration of student placements across a range of providers. The role will focus on maintaining accurate records, ensuring that administrative processes are delivered effectively while supporting communication with placement providers to help build and maintain strong working relationships.
The role requires attention to detail, high level of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy and complex environment.
The School of Medicine is committed to continuous improvement and innovation in its administrative practices. We are therefore looking for an individual with strong digital skills who is keen to identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve document management and make effective use of technology and automation toenhance service delivery.
