• Act as a trainee site manager for construction projects.
• Support the planning and coordination of on‑site teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Assist in project documentation, reporting and communication with stakeholders.
• Learn and apply project‑management tools and techniques across the programme.

• University students (or recent graduates) currently studying or have recently completed a degree that includes civil engineering, construction management, architecture, surveying or a related discipline.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Committed to health and safety, quality and sustainability on construction sites.
