Hours and LocationMonday to Thursday 9.00 am–5.00 pm, Friday 9.00 am–4.30 pm. East Renfrewshire ADRS team.
Role OverviewAs part of the multi‑disciplinary team you’ll work closely with the ADRS team and partner organisations to deliver compassionate, person‑centred care. A key focus is supporting Scotland’s Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Standards, ensuring people receive the right support when they need it – including same‑day treatment. You’ll be supported and supervised by a Band 6 Nurse, taking responsibility for the care management and support of individuals accessing ADRS.
You’ll play a vital part in delivering strengths‑based, recovery‑focused care that encourages self‑management and empowerment.
- Deliver community‑based care in clinics, offices and homes, ensuring alignment with legislative frameworks, clinical policies and agreed standards.
- Collaborate with service users, carers and professionals under the guidance of the Nurse Team Leader.
- Support Scotland’s Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Standards, ensuring same‑day treatment when required.
Must have a Live PIN with the NMC UK.
