Position: Home Carer (Full-time)

Overview

We have an opening for a full‑time Home Carer in the St Andrews area. We can consider different hours – if full‑time is not workable a shift could be as little as one shift per week, full‑time, or anything in between.

Compensation

National Living Wage with weekend enhancement offered. Pay is made per shift rather than contact time.

Shift Pattern

Week 1 – Monday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 – Monday, Thursday & Friday

Working Hours

Shifts start 6:30 / 7:00 – 2 pm or 4 pm – 10 / 10:15 pm.

About Blue Star

Blue Star is a small independent, award‑winning family‑run company based in St Andrews, Fife. All our service users live near each other, so this care run could be done on a bicycle. You will be fully employed by Blue Star. Training is given, so no experience is necessary – many skills are adaptable.

Requirements

No previous experience required; training will be provided.
