Bar Attendant – Seaton House, St Andrews (Seaton House, our new 5‑star luxury hotel in St Andrews)

Pay: £13.50 per hour – Occasional Worker

We are seeking Bar Attendants to join our fabulous Bar, ensuring all guests enjoy an exceptional dining and relaxing experience in our restaurant, bar, wine cellar or al fresco terrace. Your role will be central to delivering outstanding service and creating memorable moments for our guests.

• Assist in the preparation and serving of beverages to guests efficiently and pleasantly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Bar areas, complying with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Bar team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well‑stocked and presented impeccably at all times.

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
