Additional amenities include a fully equipped gymnasium, fitness studio, swimming pool, thermal suite, spa reception, and public areas. The spa has ten treatment rooms, a couples suite, pre‑ and post‑relaxation spaces.

Consistently offer professional and engaging service to spa guests, including hotel guests, day spa visitors, and members.

• Responsible for opening and closing the spa and fitness facilities, following appropriate daily setup and close‑down procedures.
• Responsible for all forms of cleaning, maintenance and replenishment throughout the day, ensuring exceptional quality of service.
• Service and maintain the gentleman and ladies changing rooms, keeping order, cleanliness and replenishing clean towel and robe supplies.
• Conduct frequent walk‑arounds of the spa and fitness facility to ensure all areas are presented and in order, in line with Fairmont Spa standards.
• Gather used linens from treatment rooms and assemble for pickup by laundry staff; distribute clean linens to storage areas and/or treatment rooms.
• Maintain order around the spa relaxation pool lounge and thermal area.
• Replenish food and beverage throughout the spa during the day.
• Complete scheduled pool and Jacuzzi water testing and maintain daily operating pool plant tasks as required.
• Ensure all facilities and operating equipment are in good working order, reporting any faults or maintenance issues in a timely manner to the Spa Leadership Team or Duty Manager.
• Assist in the operation of all spa departments as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
