In this role, you will oversee reservations, ensuring exceptional service. You’ll inspire your team to meet the highest standards while creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. From flawless moments and experiences to converting enquiries into sales, you’ll be the linchpin between front‑line originated and financial success.
Responsibilities- Work with revenue and reception teams to deliver a high‑quality luxury experience across reservations for both group and individual leisure guests.
- Manage enquiries, reservations and bookings, both over the phone and online.
- Coordinate group arrival information and ensure all details are flawlessly executed.
- Liaise with the reception team to keep them updated on occupancy levels, VIPs and special events.
- Maximise revenue by upselling and promoting our food and beverage packages.
- Support the team in their growth and development, helping them succeed in their roles.
- A passion for luxury hospitality and an eye for detail, ensuring high standards at every step of the guest journey.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills in a luxury environment.
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS.

- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- Flexibility to work across different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work autonomously with support from the manager and onsite leadership team.
