Experienced Cleaner

Our client is looking for an experienced and reliable cleaner to join their team, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across a busy property.

Pay: £14.04 per hour

St Andrews, KY16 9BH

Start Date & Duration:
Start ASAP – 8‑week assignment, with the possibility of an extension.

Hours:

8:00 am – 4:00 pm (some flexibility can be accommodated). 5 days out of 7. Weekend working will be required initially.

• Clean and maintain communal areas, including kitchens, lounges, corridors, stairwells, and other shared spaces.
• Service and prepare bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard.
• Carry out routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising.
• Report maintenance issues or health and safety concerns promptly.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored correctly.
• Deliver excellent standards of cleanliness and customer service at all times.

• Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and well organised.
• Good communication skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Experience working in hotels, hospitality, or residential settings would be an advantage.
