Base pay rangeThis role represents a crucial strategic investment for the University of St Andrews Business School, designed to drive significant profit growth within Executive Education by providing dedicated sales leadership capacity.
Reporting to the Head of Executive Education, the Executive Development Manager (EDM) is primarily responsible for the operational execution of the business development strategy, focusing on both business-to-customers and business-to-business sales and revenue generation, with an initial emphasis on Open Enrolment (OE) programmes.
Launched in 2024, the University of St Andrews Business School builds on the well‑established strengths and long‑standing tradition of academic excellence of the School of Economics and Finance and the School of Management.
The Business School unites these disciplines around a clear mission to develop globally‑minded leaders with the ambition, knowledge, and skills to create a more prosperous and sustainable world. Its strategy prioritises education excellence, world‑leading research, and impactful partnerships.
The School’s Executive Education programmes equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to navigate an increasingly complex global landscape. The portfolio includes short courses on leadership, artificial intelligence, finance, sustainability and healthcare, as well as consortia and custom programmes developed in collaboration with industry partners to address sector‑specific challenges and strategic priorities.
