About Us

We are a new business starting our own bakery known for our high-quality, fresh, and delicious baked goods. We're looking to expand our team with up to four qualified bakers who bring experience, passion, and dedication to their craft.

As a Baker in our bakery, you will play an essential role in producing a variety of high-quality baked goods. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in a professional baking environment. You will work with a team of skilled bakers to create products that exceed our customers' expectations, maintain high standards of quality, and ensure efficiency in daily production.

• Produce a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and specialty items
• Measure and mix ingredients with precision to maintain consistency and quality
• Follow recipes and production standards accurately
• Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
• Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Contribute to developing and refining recipes as needed

• Minimum 5 years of baking experience in a professional setting
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
