Registered Veterinary Nurse - Small Animal

We are looking for a friendly enthusiastic Veterinary Nurse to join our well established team at Provost Vets. The role will involve covering all aspects of first‑opinion caseloads, including nurse consults ranging from weight clinics, 2nd & 3rd puppy and kitten vaccinations, pet health club checks, nail clips etc, with scope to develop the nurse clinics further. You will assist the vet on a daily basis with operations and perform diagnostic imaging, ward and theatre nursing duties.

Our modern, purpose‑built surgery is located in the beautiful seaside town of St Andrews. The practice is well equipped with high‑standard facilities including two surgical theatres, a dental suite, digital and dental X‑ray, endoscopy, Imotek ultrasound machine and an in‑house lab. We have designated cat, and isolation wards and are a Cat Friendly Clinic.

This is a full‑time position working 40 hours per week across four days, with participation in a Saturday rota. The 4.5 hours worked on Saturdays are returned as time off in lieu.
