We’re now looking for an inspiring and driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen, develop the menu, and shape the next chapter of this destination restaurant.

• Leading, inspiring, and developing the kitchen team.
• Overseeing menu development and seasonal innovation.
• Maintaining consistency, quality, and creativity across all dishes.
• Managing stock, ordering, GP, and labour targets in line with budgets.
• Driving training, motivation, and development of chefs at all levels.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborating with the restaurant management team to deliver seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Representing the kitchen and brand with pride and professionalism.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous in a high-quality, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop others.
• Excellent culinary knowledge and creative flair with a focus on seasonal produce.
• Sound financial understanding and ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Calm, strategic, and hands‑on leadership style.
• A genuine passion for food, people, and exceptional hospitality.
