The Sous chef will be responsible for the consistent delivery of new and exciting menus and work closely with the Head Chef. You must have a keen eye for detail, excellent standards and experience in maintaining and improving margin and food costs. Above all your passion for food must be exemplary!
Who we're looking forA current Sous Chef or Strong Chef De Partie looking to progress themselves with an excellent company. My client requires you to have a background of working in a 4-5 star environment with accolades or food at a 1 Rosette level.
