We are looking for a
Fully Qualified PGA Professional
to join our senior coaching team for Summer 2026. This is a fully residential, immersive role that goes beyond the driving range. You will be a mentor, a coach, and a leader for juniors aged 10–17.
- Elite Instruction:Deliver high-quality group and individual coaching, utilising Track Man technology and modern performance principles.
- On-Course Management:Lead on course lessons and manage competitions across the St Andrews courses.
- Camp Life:As a residential role, you will assist with the wider operations of the camp, including evening activities and pastoral supervision, ensuring a safe, fun, and educational environment 24/7.
- Mentorship:Act as a role model for aspiring young golfers, fostering both their technical skills and their love for the game.
- PGA
Qualification:
Fully Qualified PGA Professional status is preferred.
Note:
We also have limited vacancies for Assistant/Trainee Professionals. - Junior
Experience:
Previous experience working with junior golfers or in a camp environment is highly desirable. - Character:Energetic, adaptable, and a strong communicator. You must be willing to be part of a close-knit team.
- Compliance:Must hold (or be eligible for) a valid PVG/DBS check for working with minors.
- Excellent organisational
and time-management skills, with the ability to lead groups confidently.
- Competitive Weekly Salary:Based on experience and qualification level.
- Full Room & Board:Accommodation and all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are provided centrally in St Andrews for the duration of the contract—a significant benefit given local rental costs.
