Position: School Counsellor Role at White Hills Academy
Elevate student outcomes at White Hills Academy as a School Counsellor. This hybrid role includes onsite and remote service delivery focused on comprehensive guidance and support.

You will play an integral part in developing and executing a holistic school guidance program. Reporting to the Principal, you will provide leadership in counseling, conduct assessments, and ensure student well-being during critical incidents. A minimum of five onsite visits yearly will be key to support students effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement a comprehensive school guidance program

• Provide counseling and support for individual and groups

• Conduct formal assessments to guide student learning

• Collaborate in crisis response planning

• Build effective relationships with students and families

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Education, Master's in Counseling Psychology

• Familiarity with ethical standards in school counseling

• Strong communication and collaborative skills

• Knowledge of child development and diverse learning needs

• Availability for travel with personal vehicle
