Position: Full-Time Instructional Resource Teacher
Become a critical support for diverse learners as a full-time Instructional Resource Teacher at White Hills Academy starting September 8, 2026. Develop and deliver tailored programming to enhance academic and social-emotional skills.

This permanent position requires a Bachelor's degree in Education and Special Education. You will engage with colleagues and families to create a safe learning environment, focusing on individualized programming that fosters accessibility and adaptive skills. Collaboration and effective teaching are key to driving student success and capacity building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized programming for diverse learners

• Create a safe, positive learning environment

• Implement effective teaching and learning strategies

• Engage with families and the community professionally

• Apply assessment practices for student development

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education and Special Education required

• NL Teaching Certificate – Level IV or higher

• Knowledge of educational assessment strategies

• Ability to focus on learner strengths and needs

• Commitment to collaborative partnerships in education
