hony of Padua School, we are searching for a dedicated part time (.4) Music Teacher with choral experience. Candidates should be knowledgeable in liturgical music and possess pedagogical skills, like Kodaly or Orff. You will play a vital role in cultivating wisdom, beauty, and virtue among students as you teach them the joys of music.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging music lessons
• Teach choral techniques and liturgical music
• Foster a love of music among students
• Collaborate with staff on music-related activities
• Assess and guide student progress in music
Requirements:
• BC Teaching Certificate or equivalent
• Choral experience and knowledge of liturgical music
• Experience with Kodaly or Orff methodologies
• Criminal Record Check (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
