Do you have admin and clerical experience and enjoy helping people? We are looking for an admin coordinator with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our dynamic team based in North Wales!
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Admin Coordinator to assist with the delivery of the Level 2 Adult Weight Management Service across Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB). The service offers innovative and evidence based opportunities for people in North Wales who are seeking help with their weight to improve their health. The admin coordinator is a highly valued and central member of the team.
Mainduties of the job
The Admin Coordinator will support the team in the delivery of the Level 2 adult weight management service across the Health Board, working as an integral member of, and in partnership with multi-agency teams. The current team includes a Service Lead, Team Lead Dietitians, Specialist Dietitians, Dietetic Assistants, Admin coordinator and admin assistant, working across the Health Board.
The post holder will have responsibility for scheduling clinics and group programmes, efficient processing of referrals and emails, handling telephone queries, booking appointments, monitoring waiting lists and coordination of admin functions.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post;

Person Specification Qualifications- NVQ level 3 or equivalent knowledge / experience. Good general education
- Understanding of Health Board systems, policies and procedures.
- Previous admin and clerical experience. Previous customer service and co-ordinating experience. Supervisory experience
- Experience of dealing with the public
