You’ll get the chance to lead from the front. You’ll shape MEP designs, mentor a team of 6 engineers, and see your work realised across long-term projects with major clients. Stability, variety, and progression are all on the table.
What you'll do:
 
* Lead and manage the MEP design process across multiple projects ranging between £2 - 15 million,
 
* Coordinate mechanical, electrical and public health design information with architectural, structural and specialist subcontractor design packages.
 
* Review drawings, specifications, technical submissions, calculations and design proposals to ensure accuracy, compliance, buildability and value.
 
* Provide strong leadership, mentoring and guidance to design team members, consultants and wider project teams.
What you’ll need
 
* At least 10 years’ experience in building services design, so you’re confident in creating MEP systems that work in the real world
 
* Strong commercial awareness, allowing you to balance performance with cost and deliver value to clients
 
* A desire to mentor others, as you’ll be helping junior engineers develop their skills
