Active Care Group in the UK is seeking a Quality Lead to drive quality, governance and compliance across the North and Wales division. You will lead the quality assurance programme and prepare services for inspections, embedding continuous improvement.
You will work with senior leaders and operational teams to develop policies, train staff, analyse data and provide reporting that informs decisions and helps deliver safe, person-centred care across our expanding specialist services.
