Job Purpose

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable financial products, negotiating contracts, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contracts.

• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines

• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

• Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to management.

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Skills and Experience

Essential

• Proven experience in Financial Services sales, business development, or customer-facing role.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Full UK driving licence (if travel is required).
