Salary: £37,215 - £37,927 per year
Location: Field-based, North Wales
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:00-16:30

We are looking for a Plumbibg ad
Heating Engineer to deliver high-quality boiler and heating maintenance across our properties in North Wales. This role focuses entirely on reactive and planned heating maintenance
, including:
- Boiler servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs
- Gas appliance maintenance and reconnections (CKR1, HTR1, CEN1)
- Pipework and radiator replacements
- Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities

- Perform routine and reactive boiler and heating system maintenance
- Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs
- Reconnect gas appliances safely and in compliance with regulations
- Replace radiators, pipework, and other heating system components
- Keep detailed records for the Asset and Maintenance teams
- Adhere to Health & Safety and gas safety regulations at all times
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
- Gas Safe: CKR1 (Cookers), HTR1 (Fires), CEN1 (Central Heating), CCN1 (Pipework), CPA1 (Core Safety)
- Full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS check (covered by Clwyd Alyn)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
