Senior Building Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery:
  Lead on the inception, design, and management of a wide variety of construction projects across the county.
• Professional Services:
  Conduct detailed building surveys, condition reports, and defect analysis for both public and private sector clients.
• Contract Administration:
  Act as Employer's Agent or Contract Administrator, managing projects from tender stage through to final account.
• Local Leadership:
  Take ownership of the Building Surveying function in St Austell, ensuring high standards of technical delivery and client satisfaction.
• Client Management:
  Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on dilapidations, party wall matters, and planned maintenance.
• Team Development:
  Work alongside Director to mentor junior staff and help shape the strategic direction of the local team.
