Client Care Advisor - Vets For Pets St. Austell

We have an exciting opportunity to join our newly re-branded St. Austell practice.

Our client care advisors are the first point of contact with clients and play a key role in creating a lasting impression. We are looking for a great communicator with a friendly, can‑do attitude, strong customer service skills, resilience and patience to work in a busy and often emotional environment. A veterinary background or medical front‑of‑house experience is essential.

• Greeting clients, be friendly and exceed client expectations.
• Take calls and respond efficiently to emails and Whats App messages.
• Liaise with the clinical team to find the best outcomes for pets and their owners.
• Process payments, insurance enquiries and care plan paperwork.

This role includes every other Saturday (with a day off in the week) and evenings until 7 pm. Please apply only if you are available for those hours.

• Generous leave allowance of 5.6 weeks holiday (rising to 6.6 after two years).
• Birthday day off.
• Starting salary in line with the national minimum wage.
