We’re now looking for a Neighbourhood Services Officer to join our dedicated Neighbourhood Services team and help us deliver exceptional tenancy and community services.

As a Neighbourhood Services Officer, you’ll manage a designated patch of tenancies and play a vital role in supporting residents, tackling issues, and helping our communities flourish.
You will:
- Deliver high-quality estate and tenancy management services
- Build strong relationships with tenants, partners and local agencies
- Carry out tenancy visits, inspections, and support sustainability
- Respond proactively to tenancy breaches, ASB, safeguarding and housing issues
- Support vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism
- Help shape neighbourhood improvements and community initiatives
- Be an ambassador for Ocean Housing and our values every day

What We're Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who is:
- Customer-focused - passionate about delivering excellent service
- Resilient and empathetic - calm under pressure and sensitive to residents' needs
- A strong communicator - confident, clear and professional
- Organised and proactive - able to manage a busy caseload
- A team player - supportive, collaborative and positive
- IT-literate - confident in using MS Office and case management systems
- Dealing with customers in challenging or sensitive situations
- Delivering face-to-face customer service
- Administration and accurate record-keeping
A Level (or Level 3 equivalent) is required.
Housing-related qualifications or CIH membership are desirable, but not essential.
Other Requirements- Ability to travel independently across Cornwall
