St. Austell Job Type: Temporary, ongoing We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. This role is based in our St. Austell office, offering a dynamic work environment where you will manage customer interactions and administrative tasks. Day-to-day of the role:
Making calls to customers who have registered for a new meter to be fitted. Handling enquiries related to existing meters. Managing customer accounts and ensuring all information is up-to-date. Performing light administrative duties to support customer service processes. Working closely with the team to ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer service, particularly in telephone-based roles. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in using office software for administrative tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. Potential for permanent employment based on performance.
