Location: St. Austell
Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Community Rehab team based in St Austell. The role is part-time (20 hours per week) and involves delivering specialist assessments and treatments in patients’ homes as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
You will be flexible to work across the community, support education and supervision of staff, and contribute to a holistic, patient-centred rehabilitation service within the NHS framework.
