Care Manager

Karrek Community is a Home Care agency in Cornwall, and Karrek Lifestyles is a department offering 24/7 support for vulnerable individuals in their own homes.

The individuals we support have complex care needs, and we seek to empower them to live as independently as possible at home and in the community. We are searching for a Care Manager to work alongside the management team to ensure the smooth opening of our new and exciting supported living home.

The Care manager will deliver all aspects of the day-to-day running of the homes, providing leadership to the care team in promoting person-centred care within 5 self contained homes they consist of 1 bungalow and 4 apartments with 3 services users on a 2/1 basis and 2 services users on a 1/1 basis.
