Hybrid - following probation What you'll be doing Managing a portfolio of commercial clients across a broad range of classes and industries Handling renewals, following up on new business enquiries and converting them into clients Delivering a high standard of service at every touchpoint - this is a service-first business Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and secure the right cover for clients Keeping accurate records and maintaining FCA compliance throughout Contributing to a collaborative, ambitious team with strong values What they're looking for Solid experience in commercial account handling Broad knowledge across commercial lines A genuine commitment to client service - not just processing, but truly looking after people Well organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload effectively A strong communicator with clients and colleagues alike CII qualifications beneficial - study support available Why join them?
