We're looking for a Streetworks Manager
- Compliance to join our team based in St.Austell.
Location: St. Austell
Hours: Full time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Streetworks Compliance function and play a key role in ensuring statutory compliance, reducing financial risk, and driving operational excellence across the business. You'll have the chance to influence business-wide performance through effective monitoring, reporting, coaching, and stakeholder management, whilst working collaboratively with Highway Authorities, contractors, operational teams, and senior management.
What will you be responsible for?As a Streetworks Manager
- Compliance, You'll Be Working Within The Compliance Team, Supporting Them In Ensuring Statutory Compliance And Driving Operational Performance. Your Day To Day Will Include
- Leading and managing the Compliance, Section 81 and Reinstatement Teams to meet operational requirements
- Acting as the primary escalation point for Streetworks compliance issues and implementing corrective actions
- Overseeing the review and management of Fixed Penalty Notices, challenging disputes and producing management reports
- Reviewing Section 74 overrun charges and supporting teams in reducing financial exposure
- Analysing compliance data to identify recurring issues and developing improvement strategies to reduce costs and risk
This role of Streetworks Manager
- Compliance is great for you if:
- You have significant experience within Streetworks, Utilities, Highways or Infrastructure operations
- You possess strong knowledge of Streetworks legislation, permitting and compliance requirements
- You have proven ability to lead investigations, resolve disputes and manage escalated issues
- You bring excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with Highway Authorities and contractors
- You're a confident communicator with experience delivering training and coaching
