Location: St. Austell
St Austell Brewery in St. Austell is looking for an experienced Technical Brewer to manage our Small Batch brewery and shape the future of our beers. This role is hands-on, requiring both technical excellence and innovative thinking, working closely with Marketing to develop exciting new products.
The ideal candidate will hold a CIBD Diploma or equivalent, with strong brewing knowledge, experience in continuous improvement, and excellent communication skills. We offer 25 days of annual leave, a company bonus scheme, and training opportunities.
