Location: St. Austell
St Austell Brewery in the South West invites you to join our Production team as a Brewery Apprentice. You’ll start a Level 4 Brewing apprenticeship over about 18 months, learning from experienced colleagues while gaining a nationally recognised qualification and hands-on brewing and laboratory experience.
You'll work with our Brewing and Laboratory teams, perform brewhouse operations, quality checks and safety practices, and develop the skills to become an independent brewer.
