St Austell Brewery is seeking an Assistant Packaging Manager to join our Production team. This hands‑on leadership role supports day‑to‑day packaging operations, ensuring safe, efficient lines and the highest quality standards.
You will oversee packaging line performance, deputise for the Packaging Manager, and drive continuous improvement while coaching and developing the production team. A strong background in manufacturing leadership and HACCP will help you succeed.
