Key Duties
  • Pack products to customer specifications while carrying out quality checks.
  • Ensure colour standards are met throughout the production process.
  • Measure and record products accurately.
  • Use track and trace scanning systems to maintain product traceability.
  • Monitor production machinery and respond to basic machine alarms.
  • Complete production paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and complete effective shift handovers.
Requirements
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Must not be colour blind due to the colour-critical nature of the role (colour test completed at interview).
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards.
  • Previous production, manufacturing, factory, or machine operating experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Working Hours

Rotating Shift Pattern

Week 1: 6am-2pm.

Week 2: 2pm-10pm.

Week 3: 10pm-6am.
