Location:

IVC Evidensia UK – Penmellyn Vets, mid Cornwall (satellite surgeries). The practice has a central hospital and satellite sites.

We are seeking a brilliant, enthusiastic and dedicated vet to lead, develop and invigorate one of our satellite surgeries as part of the IVC Evidensia network of over 2,500 clinics and hospitals.

• Primarily or entirely based at one of our satellite surgeries, working 4 days per week, with a 1:4 share of weekends.
• Managing the team, maintaining practice ethos, and developing and growing the surgery.
• Consulting and routine surgery, dentistry and diagnostic work.
• Providing excellent client care and maintaining high standards.

• Qualified veterinary surgeon with experience in small animal practice.
• Good skillset in consulting, routine surgery, dentistry, diagnostics.
• Experience in team management and development is desirable but personality and enthusiasm are valued.

• Salary up to £70,000 FTE, DOE.
• Up to £5,000 relocation allowance if moving to the area.
