Elevate projects is partnering with a reputable not‑for‑profit local housing provider in Cornwall to appoint a Condition Surveyor within the Property Services team.
Under the overall management and guidance of the Property Services Manager you will assist in delivering and coordinating a surveying service to adopt a zero‑tolerance approach for the following areas:
- Damp, Mould & Condensation inspections
- Stock Condition inspections
- Estate Condition inspections
- EPC Assessments
